SOUTH Africa’s biggest telephone supplier has brought a smile to the staff of the Mthatha hospice by fencing the entire yard and donating first aid kits. Last Thursday Telkom visited the hospice with its staff members where they fenced and prepared the garden. Telkom’s endeavour followed a request for assistance which was forwarded by the hospice to Telkom.
Gravely ill South Coast Hospice patients who need blood and other critical pathology tests will no longer be able to have them done free at Port Shepstone Provincial Hospital.
The ABSA Loan Centre, Mthatha held a Back 2 school campaign that was run within 4 weeks, with more than 500 entries from Mthatha and surrounding areas. Anyone, whether they have an account at ABSA or not and who applies for a loan at any of ABSA’s branches throughout the country, is eligible to enter.
